Discovery Insure

Lodged a claim with Discovery on the 31st May 2022, I was asked to have the vehicle inspected at Auto Smart in Port Elizabeth, claim gets approved to a Bodyshop in Cape Town. no communication from Discovery or Bodyshop. I had to spend hours on the phone with discovery with no solution to there error. I have asked for a local body shop who is Ford Approved to reassess the vehicle and still no response from discovery insure. I have never experience such poor service from an insurance company.
