Discovery Insure *********** Customers

Contacted Discovery Insure at the end of April regarding my annual review due in 1 June. The consultant from the retention department quoted me and sent me a revised policy. To my dismay, was debited R352 more than quoted. Contacted Discovery Insure twice this week to question the incorrect amount. They refuse to take responsibility and say it was my fault as I never requested the quote to be incepted. I clearly asked the consultant whether I need to accept the quote and she confirmed NO. Now Discovery state they are unable to match the quote. After speaking to several consultants who said they will escalate the matter and provide feedback, I am now 3 days later and still no feedback. Discovery Insure are not offering competition rates and then still don’t adhere to their quotes, along with no lack of service. @Discovery, if you don’t want my business that’s fine, you are not the most competitive and offer to level of service.
