Discovery Insure - customer service agent - Aziz Mcpherson (excellent)
Aziz Mcpherson the customer service agent was exceptional. He very quickly assisted me with a car breakdown - asked relevant questions to identify the problem and send the correct assistance. He followed up with a call to ensure the service provider arrived and resolved my problem. Aziz then called to check I am home safely.
