Discovery Insure customer satisfaction

after my previous calls regarding my monthly premium, i received alot of dissatisfaction from the call centre agent, i was very angry and upset as they were unable to assist me.. then i decided to call back and request to speak to the retensions team and honestly i received the most brilliant services from the Koketso . she immediately reassured me that she will investigate the query and contact me back. i then advised that she call me back urgently as i was miss informed previously regarding my premium and i didnt want my policy to laps.... Koketso went out of her way and kept me informed about the situation. i then received a call back from her to advise that the query is sorted and it was a huge relieve from my back. i would like to take this opportunity to compliment and Thank Koketso Mokgehle for the brilliant and exceptional services which she provided telephonically. She was very polite, patient, friendly, efficient and extremely informative when i called for my insurance premium..... due to Koketso i would recommend all friends and family to sign up with Discovery Insure for the brilliant services i received.... a huge thank you
