Discovery Insure couldn't give a dam about you

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They **** to sell me a discovery policy , when I questioned i had to call them everyday to follow up for a week and told them their agent **** and check the recordings they said I was telling the truth she did lie and said sorry it is what it is. They don't know the details of the policy they sold me and I asked to cancel it and process a refund. I am waiting over almost 2 weeks and call discovery to find out what's happening and they say it was never processed. Worst worst worst customer service I've ever experienced shame on you FGRO and shame on Discovery for still using them after so many complaints
