DISCOVERY INSURE CONSULTANTS DON'T KNOW HOW TO TELL THE TRUTH!!!

I had a break-in in my house on Wednesday 02/12/2020. On the same day, I tried to log a claim but Discovery Insure's system wouldn't allow me. On Thursday morning 03/12/2020 I tried again to log my claim and this time the system allowed me to log my claim. I then received a claim number from Discovery Insure and was allocated a consultant who would be handling my claim. The consultant's name is Richard Ndhlovu. I immediately emailed the police report together with proof of ownership of the items which were ****** as well as quotations for the replacement of those items. I heard nothing from Richard.

On Friday morning 04/12/2020, I sent Richard Ndhlovu an email following up on my claim and requesting a status update. Richard rep**** to my email and advised me that he was busy validating my claim (whatever that means).

Today, Monday the 07/12/2020, I sent Richard another email and then also phoned the Discovery Insure call centre and spoke to a different consultant. The consultant advised that he would follow up with Richard. Shortly thereafter, Richard sent me an email advising that he was unable to open the documents which I sent to him as they were "zipped" and Richard stated that he didn't have WinZip on his computer.

First Richard told me that he was validating my claim, then he comes back and says that he can't open my documents.

It appears to me that Richard doesn't know how to tell the truth
