Discovery Insure consultant sucks

Was overseas and I received some points for no drive days but none for a few weeks. Contacted Discovery Insure and was told that Discovery does not give points for no drive days, but I received no drive day points last week. l also enquired about plays I should have received while away, but although those days were updated late was emailed and told I did not fulfill the requirements. Says differently on app though. Does the customer service person know what he is talking about as it says on website point will be allocated for no drive days. Not happy at all. So Discovery Insure would rather have their client be on the road daily??
