DISCOVERY Insure Consultant service very pathetic

I have come across such an *********** consultant also working for an inconsiderate company called discovery insure, I am not getting any feedback since my car was taken for repairs and my coutasy car has expired, The last time I was reminded about the expiry of car hire to date nothing, I called Jeep SA and was told the parts were delivered to Grand central dealership, When I checked The repairer I was told that the parts were damaged but Discovery(Daren Auks) Has not contacted me despite the message zi left for him, He also gave me the seemingly wrong number fir compliance Manager.
