Early in November I became I another statistic of farm attacks in SA. I contacted PSG to report the incident. Within a very short time span the matter was handed over to Discovery Insure and I was contacted by Reitumetse Mateme, a Claims Consultant of the company. I was severely traumatized by the event and unsure how such claims are handled and what will be expected. Reitumetse, in very compassionate and professional manner, informed me what will be required and how to structure my claim with the necessary proof. I felt a sense of care and support that I did not expect from an insurance company. Being a professional women, working in the Development, Finance Industry for many years, I am fully aware that business is business and that any emotions are excluded from any transaction.
