Discovery Insure - Complaint

I am very disappointed that Discovery Insure has taken away my claim free points after I had an insurance claim which was not my fault at all. Discovery Insure waived my access which is proof that the other party was guilty and had to pay.

NOW I realize that Discovery has taken away my calim free points, even though I am not guilty at all

Just another way of Discovery bullying their Clients, yet again
