Discovery Insure clients, BEWARE!

My car was hit by a Discovery Insure client and she claimed for third party on my behalf. After going through the claim process and giving all the information they needed for the claim, they are now quite about fixing my car. I know that I am not their client, but they promise their clients third party cover only for them to treat the third party so poorly. It's as if they don't care about my car because I am not their client. I am an old woman who needs my car to take my grandson to school, but thanks to Discovery Insure, I have to wait for a long time to have my car fixed. Such appalling service and turn around time from Discovery, I wouldn't advise anyone to take insurance with them.
