Natasja Badenhorst from the Discovery Insure Sandton claims department was professional and very informative with regards to the claims process on my vehicle. Her detailed explanation provided much needed insight in understanding the claims process and her willingness to keep me informed about my vehicle every 3 days has put me at ease.
