Discovery Insure claims is pathetic, don't use them if you want good service

I have never experienced such bad service when trying to get a new claim sorted for a car accident. I have had to make numerous calls to the call centre where rude people could not be bothered that I am sitting without transport. My phone is out of order and even though I have given 2 alternate numbers, I have heard nothing besides a system generated email from a consultant that I could not reply to. The app did not ask if my car was not drivable and to try and arrange a tow-in has been impossible. I am sorely disappointed with Discovery Insure and will rather take my business elsewhere than deal with this incompetence.
