Discovery Insure claims department very unprofessional

I currently have a claim open with Discovery and my vehicle is at Renew IT. There were additional items that the assessor had not included in the claim and has been sent to Discovery for approval. The website states that parts are not available when the panel beater says they are. I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to get an update from Discovery. They kept me on hold for over 30 minutes and when i called back they kept cutting my call. It is very frustrating dealing with Discovery as no call agents actually get back to you. I have been told that i need to to check with the assessor.
