Discovery Insure Claims - Customer Service Non- Existent

I am not sure why Discovery Insure bothers assigning "claim specialists " when you can't get hold of them by phone or emails are just ignored. I have been sent from pillar to post since Monday trying to reach a Lesego Sekoele to get feedback and every TOM ,DERRICK AND NANCY that I have spoken to on a daily has been giving me a run around - the decency to give a client feedback non existent , the service level within Discovery Insure Claims has gone to the dogs.
