Discovery insure claims and requesting recordings
1st time ever making a claim, been with discovery insure for 4 years.
They can consider my policy and my wifes policy cancelled, when you request a call recording they make it such a delay. Been phoning for 2 weeks to follow up and still nothing!
Absolutely pathetic service and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
