Discovery insure claims

I’m a discovery client and recently put a claim for short term insurance (house hold and content)

I find my self being harassed by the insurance, trespassing my property and snooping around. They have failed to communicate progress with me. Instead they keep looking for reasons not to pay.

I’ve tried escalating the matter to management and I’m not getting any luck via emails, phone calls including sms to their mobile phones direct.

The assesor has compromised my security as he’d come to my estate with out making an appointment park out side the estate and hide so when I drive in and out the complex I don’t spot him. He has entered false details on the register book for visitors and I have footage and statements from my security and staff members. He does not have the consent from me to conduct this matter as a result I feel he has violated my rights.

The claim has been prejudice as the claims department does not follow their own processes. The claim is currently not approved nor declined. But, I feel they are putting measures to frustrate me so they don’t pay.

Why would an assesor come to my premises without making an appointment? They’ve been abound this question, instead I was told to make an appointment to discuss this matter.

Clients should be very careful when choosing insurance. I know for a fact that discovery is not an ethical company that follows its own procedures.
