Discovery Insure Claim | Panel Beater front bumper repair

I received excellent service from DEMI LODDO at Discovery regarding my claim. Noting that during December 2023 businesses shut down and nothing can be done about repairs to my front bumper that the panel beater repaired in October instead of replaced as per the assessor's report. In the midst of all this I experienced excellent service from SHAYLIN GOVENDER in settling the windscreen claim so quickly. He answered the call when I called in regarding the front bumper not repaired well enough by Renew-It Rivonia. HARRIET from Renew-It has been great in trying to resolve the situation, it is still ongoing. I now await the outcome of loading the additionals as they say.
