Discovery Insure : Claim Number ***

On the 21st January 2022, I was involved in a collision on M2 Johannesburg. The matter was reported to the Authorities. I have my case number. The Opposite party who was the client for Discovery insure, accepted his fault and assured me that my vehicle will be repaired by his insurance company. I have been trying to phone Discovery insure for over a month now, but all in vain. The only response I get from them is that one of their agents will call me and I should wait. It's over a month now and I am unable to drive my car. I was not at fault and yet I must suffer so long to have my car repaired. Please assist
