Call waiting period = Excellent, I did not wait on the call for more than 1 minute before someone answered my call to address my claim issue. Compassion = Excellent, The claim consultant made me feel like he also cares and will do his best to help me with my frustrations of a car accident.

Client Service = Amazing, he gave me even more information that I didn't know I needed. He also followed up on the process of my claim process to find out if all is still well.
