Discovery Insure - Claim not finalised after nearly 2 months

Wow, absolutely shocking service!

I am turning to Hello Peter as my last resort, I have previously claimed with Discovery Insure and the service on both accounts we absolutely amazing, I unfortunately cannot say that for my current experience.

I submitted a claim on 23 Sep 2022 - the assessors only came out on 17 Oct 2022. I have emailed and called numerous times with no finalisation to the claim. You would get better response emailing the president a random hello than a response from ***

The website also does not have an easy escalation process on how to escalate the claim (unless I missed something), I see they have a form for the medial aid side, but not for insure.

@Discovery, it would be great if I could please have a positive response to this ASAP as I have also emailed *** on 14 Nov 2022 @ 16h01 letting her know that I will take this Hello Peter if I do not get a response, to which I am still awaiting a reply.

I did however receive the email from Discovery Insure notifying me that my premiums will increase - so glad their priorities are in order.
