Discovery Insure Claim no - ***
Lightning Claim outstanding from Nov 2021 - still unpaid. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, to their staff and particularly Mr Aboo Williams who does not respond / nor is he ever reachable, who is the decision maker. Claim references: *** ***
Have spent lots of my time on hold or attempts to get my issue resolved. Will be approaching the ombudsman

22 Jun 2023, 11:04Since my last post , assessors had arrived a day or 2 later, since then no news and its almost a month. Discovery do not respond nor do they have any interest in settling claims with Discovery Insure !!! My claim is ongoing from end 2021. Are they able to get away with this ?

Since my last post , assessors had arrived a day or 2 later, since then no news and its almost a month. Discovery do not respond nor do they have any interest in settling claims with Discovery Insure !!! My claim is ongoing from end 2021. Are they able to get away with this ?
