Discovery insure -claim for accident and tracker

Good day<br> I have been with Discovery insure now for a few months. <br> They tell you you get free tracker, they made 2 appointments<br> with me and never showed up. Then on 28 Jan i had an accident with car. It took 4 days to acess the car by Net Assess.<br> They said damage only R60000. When car came at panelbeater<br> the car should've been a write off. Then it took another week<br> to get a report from discovery. In the meantime they took 2<br> debit orders from my account but I dont hav car anymore.<br> Everytime i phone in no one can assist me or tell me whats going on. It took another week for them to authorise the claim.<br> After that another week to do the payment. Now they tell<br> me payment was made to wesbank on friday but wesbank<br> have not received it and discovery just say that they <br> cant help me because it was paid. But no one helps me to find <br> out whats going on. And if this claim is not settled by today<br> we have to pay another instalment on 5 apr which we <br> cant do because we already bought a new vehicle.<br> This should've been sorted out a few weeks ago but discovery<br> waste my time and money because they deliver bad service<br> and dont follow up on the claim and waste weeks <br> because people cant do their job<br> <br>
