Discovery Insure claim - excellent service

Not all reviews are bad... some are nothing short of excellent. I am a Discovery Insure client. Some time ago, I complained about the Vitality Drive option attached to my car and home insurance because I felt I was penalised for driving too much. I stopped the Vitality Drive option and was seriously considering changing my insurance until I had a 'fender bender'. The electric gate at work sc****d my car bumper. I reported the incident to Discovery Insure and they immediately organised an assessment of the damage (that very day). The very next day I was contacted with approval to go ahead with the repair. When I asked the Consultant if I could have the repair done at a repair centre closer to home, I was asked whether I would like them to pay me cash instead. I agreed. The money (and an Uber fee) was paid directly into my bank account within a couple of days. Excellent service from Discovery Insure!!
