Discovery Insure claim

Hi. I am new to this but was so impressed with the service received by Discovery that i had to write this review. I had an incident which required me making a claim. The mobile app as well as the online profile page; made this process a breeze. Furthermore i was contacted by Discovery to help with the Process. The call center staff were more than helpful and professional. I was thereafter contacted by MR Emmitt who would come out to conduct a formal assessment. This process was not only professional but he was very informative not only around the process and what is being done; but also general questions which i had. To my Surprise i was contacted by MR Emmitt that evening to give me the fantastic news regarding my claim. At this point i was stunned to say the least as i was not expecting feedback this soon. I had the thought in the back of my mind to expect the worst as we all know the stigma that surrounds insurance claims. Emmitt and the Discovery team had put that thought of mind to rest. To the Discovery team involved in my assistance. Thank you very much. Awesome job guys. Awesome service. And more incredibly... amazing resolution time. :-)
