Discovery Insure - CHRISTO SMIT

We had the unfortunate problem of our vehicle broken down - steering locked inside our garage We dealt with Christo Smit - what a pleasure to deal with an efficient, friendly, competent person!! He arrange tow in service within 20minutes, phoned back a few times to ensure everything was arranged. Promised to phone back at 15h20 - well much to our amazement - phone rang 15h20 - Christo requesting if the tow people had arrived as promised. This level of service and time taken to ensure our issue was dealt with is certainly not the norm of today!! KUDOS to Christo Smit!!! He's an absolute asset to Discovery Insure and certainly gets a whopping 10 out of 10 on all levels!! Super impressed
