Discovery insure chasing customers away with unreasonable premium increases and happy to do so.

After two years at Discovery insure, they decided to up my Toyota Fortuner premiums from R 1700 per month to R 4600 per month. I did not claim once during the period and they upped the premium anyway. I changed over to Santam today after trying my best to get Discovery to change their mind but they were not interested in retaining me as a customer. So not even two hours after cancelling with them, I received a call from the call centre, offering me insurance. Its clear they do not have a clue what is going on in their business. Not impressed and think I should reconsider medical aid, banking and policies with them.
