Discovery insure
And so Discovery insure did it again .I am so ****ed ,but passed is not even the right word for how iam feeling towards these people . Our washing machine broke and is in excellent condition they send out an assessor and he did an assessment and told me that it is an electrical problem that could be caused due to loadshedding and that discovery do cover ,now they are telling us that is is due to wear and tear ,excuse me it can be due to loadshedding and mind you we do pay extra for failures due to loadshedding

05 May 2023, 08:28So I phoned the people who did the assessment yesterday and they told me that they are.working for chatatech and that the report id going to chatatech first before going to discovery and the lady told me that there was nothing in that report of wear and tear because it could be due to the power surge I phoned chatatech to give me the original report of the assessment that was done by the people in george and the lady told me that she cannot give it to me and she is going to contact discovery first why not what are you guys busy with something is not right here and we are not going to leave it like this
