Discovery Insure

Still waiting for my Discovery Insure cash of R518 to be paid back to me since 10 July 2020. I've emailed DI numerous times and received so many reference numbers and was told that the payback was paid back into my bank account on 20 July 2020. I send bank statements as proof that I have not received my cash back. I have requested which bank account DI paid the cash back into and have not received any response
