Discovery insure cashback percentage January 2021

I have insurance policy and usually receive 50% cash back after all the eligibility criteria.This month due to the current lockdown scenario, I have delayed the annual multipoint check from Tiger wheel and tyre by 10 days and for the month of January I received only 20% cash back.I requested them to consider this for this one time and adjust the cashback to 50% but no luck.They are not considering this at all. My car is also very new and bought it 2020 only. Please help
