Discovery Insure Cash Back not honored

I always refuel at BP and have spend over R4000 this past few weeks, the last time when I logged onto my discovery insure I learnt that I was not accumulating points and the explanation I got was that my DQ is not active.

This is unfair to customers, Discovery insure is selling lies to customers. The card is linked to my account and I always swipe it for rewards it should automatically register my fuel spending .

Maybe I should start shopping around for a reliable and honest insurance company.
