Discovery Insure Cares Less About Clients

Good day,

I was involved in an accident in December 2017, after waiting for months for a claim to be processed, I was told that my claim was rejected for reasons that I couldn't understand and ***** to say the least.

After having tried to find excuses for rejecting the claim, by trying to find that the claim was **********, of which Discovery failed to prove, then they went back and forth in trying to find other reasons/excuses to reject the claim, like accusations of driving the influence, etc. Until today, there is no legitimate explanation for the rejection of the claim. Their claims specialist (Coenraad Larkins) didn't have the answers, so did their claims advisors/consultants. Claim number ********** .

I used to be insured by MiWay and I regret the day I received the call from Discovery Insure which convinced me into leaving my insurer at the time MiWay.
