Discovery Insure - I want answers!

I went to Renew-it Rivonia yesterday morning to go fetch my car.

I got there this morning and was not ready for what awaited me. I am seething with anger, there are no words to describe the state I am in as I write this.

My car looks worse than when I took it in. It looks to have aged 5 years in the week that it was at Renew-It Rivonia. It looks like it was taken through the Bermuda Triangle in the week that it was at that place. There are chips, scratches and all sorts that were not there when I took the car there. The roof rubber trim which is nowhere near where they were supposed to have been working on the car, has been pulled out of place! What the hell did they do to my car that they had to end up fiddling with the roof???!!!!

The handle that was damaged, I found out that it wasn’t replaced and instead they tried to “fix” it!! There is a scratch on the very door they worked on that is supposed to look like new!! The car was dirty and they didn’t even bother cleaning it properly!! Does Discovery have such disregard for their clients that you have to get us to take our vehicles to such shoddy sub-standard places?? The premium I pay your company is not sub-Standard, why do you insult me so and have my car taken to a place only to be destroyed & damaged?

I want my car sorted and all damaged parts replaced!!! I want to know what’s going to be done and how much longer I am going to be inconvenienced!! How the hell do you use such service providers that destroy clients’ cars?? What’s even worse, your so called inspector was there and supposedly inspected my vehicle and saw it fit to be collected!

How much worse does your insurance get! I have had nothing but the MOST AWFUL service with discovery. I WANT ANSWERS - HOW DID MY VEHICLE GET DAMAGED WHILE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN IN FOR REPAIRS
