Discovery Insure - Car claim problems

I have spent hours over the phone to sort out problems with my claim, but discovery does not get back to me. I have also spoken to them where they made arrangements for a rental vehicle but there are also complications connected to that. Money was also deducted from my account from the rental company without my consent or without letting me know. Discovery assured me everything is sorted. This is not the case.
