Discovery Insure - CANCELLED Policy without Notice!!!!

WORST INSURANCE EVER!!!! So they never debited my account on the agreed date, I called today to find out what is happening. I spoke to RUDE and Arrogant Consultant! Bongani Maluleka. He advosed that my policuy has lapsed, I then assked hwta is the process, He then said he will "take me through the process" So I then asked if we do this will my insurance be active immediately? He then says no, we are going through the process, So I asked again, and he responds the same. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone else who can assist me. He then says I need to call back in 15min time, all the supervisors are in a meeting. At 08h30. Yes, during the course of the conversation I got intensely upset that I apparently don't have insurance as my policy has been CANCELLED without any Call or SMS From Discovery!! Then Mr Bongani Maluleka says to me don't use the f-word, and kept harping on that even though I mentioned that I am very upset and stopped using the f-word. YOU GUYS NEED TO GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!! Can you imagine I didn't call today and I ended up in an accident?????? I would not have been covered!!! WTH!
