Discovery Insure - Cancellation & Billing

Having been let down by my insurance broker MARSH, with regards to cancelling my vehicle insurance with Discovery Vitality Drive, I decided to call Discovery and see to it myself as I was owed one month premium. I was transferred to the Retentions department and my call was picked up by the very personable and helpful Shamaine Naidoo. From the start she was genuinely sympathetic, responsive and helpful and before long my policy was cancelled and I had a reference number for the refund I was due to receive. Thank you, Shamaine, you made me realise that expertise, excellence and professionalism is not completely a thing consigned to the past.
