Discovery insure cancelation department non existent

I have been trying to get hold of the Discovery cancelation department for days now, they will put you through to the cancelation consult and you will hold until the phone hangs up on its own, today only i called 6 times and the same thing happened.

It is as if the cancelation department does not want to be reached, their service is extremely poor,now I am even more determined that ever to cancel.
