Discovery Insure can not be trusted.

I have been trying to settle a claim for a vehicle, to no avail. I received an email stating that they will rectify the matter, but nothing came of it. Numerous calls and mails and still no solution. No one seems able to take responsibility, but just passes the buck. I am going to cancel my policy.
