Discovery Insure Call Centre doesn’t have a reference system

Discovery Insure Call Centre doesn’t provide any reference numbers for calls. This is extremely unacceptable and poor customer service. Each and every call needs to have a reference number so that Customers are able to track their lodged issues efficiently.
