Discovery Insure call centre compliment

I lodged a query regarding a debit query on my account with a call to the call centre - the consultant promised to get somebody to call back in a couple minutes .... <br> <br> I was called back by Clarence , who had to do some further investigation , and promised to call back - which he did , and had the resolution to my query - problem solved.<br> <br> Discovery Insure seem to be picking up their game on the efficiency of their call centre staff - well done.
