Discovery Insure Call Centre Agent.

I contacted Discovery Insure to see if I could get a reduction in payment on my insurance during the lockdown. Shafick explored every possibility but Discovery could not reduce anything. Shafick was very helpful and polite. Pity Discovery couldn't help.
