Discovery Insure Call Cent Agent Does It Again!

<p>I contacted Discovery Insure this more for two reasons:</p> <p>1. To log a claim</p> <p>2. To update my policy cover</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to two different agents as it was two different departments and recieved outstanding service from both. </p> <p>The agent updating my policy cover was friendly, polite and so professional. He informed me of all the options available to me and advise on the benifit changes from me changing my cover. At the point of putting the phone down I felt a sense of accomplishment as I managed to update my policy and obtain additional information as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well Done, keep up the great work,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
