Discovery Insure calim

I had an accident on the 28/11/2015 and it was reported to my insurence and i also called my insurence too just to confirm the claim. on the 02/12/2015 i recived an email from claim administrator on the 08/12/2015 claim was handed to the senior validator and on the 17/12/2015 i heared from the senior validator for the first time. today my claim is still with senior validator and now i have to take back the rental car today 30/12/2015 and they are saying that they cant extend the rental its over a month and my claim has not been resolved how long does it take to resolve one claim. in my line of work i need to have a working car and i have told the senior validator that question is how long must i wait for my claim to be resoved nad also how long does it take for the claim to be resolved
