Discovery Insure

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Discovery Insure. My experience has been far from what I expected from a reputable insurance provider. Following the first attempt to get a minor dent fixed, I encountered numerous issues that have left me frustrated and disappointed. The claims process was easy! Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful and left me hanging after calling the customer service regarding my ongoing claim.

The lack of support and communication has only added to my frustration. I had hoped for a more reliable and efficient service, especially given the positive reputation that Discovery Insure claims to uphold.

Overall, my experience has been disappointing!
