Excellent service received from Mothusi Onassis Masela. I contacted Discovery Insure to request Home Assist for a clogged drain. He was so friendly, professional, efficient and provided me with all the necessary information that I required. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the services offered by Discovery Insure. A few minutes after I completed the call, he contacted me again to give me the name of the plumbing company that would be coming to assist me at home. An hour afterward, there was a knock on my door and Monster Plumbing was there to assist me. As soon as they left, I received a follow-up call to confrm that they had arrived and that I had been assisted. Abolutely fantastic service, 10 out of 10! Well done Mothusi Onassis Masela!
