Discovery Insure bully tactics or *****

I was called by a sales agent that sent me a quote for Discovery Insure. i declined the offer via mail and telephonically but it seems that once they have your details you are *****ed. I havent signed a thing but I am told to install tracker and this and that as i am unable to find a person to rectify. I did not sign up for your product,
