Discovery Insure Building is bad

The absolute worst insurance company. Everything is a fight and you have to make countless calls to them. I have a current building claim, claim ********** . This is for water damage suffered to the building during all the rain. The assessor left a report of the work to be repaired, in detail. So they rock up today, the same assessors building company to do the repairs. How is that for conflict of interest? Secondly, they are just patching here and there, a real shoddy job, that makes the house look worse. My pine ceiling are now in four colours of wood pine and my kitchen ceiling is just being patched here and there. not painted. How do you just paint one wall in a kitchen, it does not even match the other walls. I am still waiting for a call back, that will probably never happen. Maybe Discovery should spend less money on tv adds and use the money to look after their clients. The service is absolutely shocking
