Discovery insure - brilliant service by Kirk De Sai
Kirk De Sai from the Retentions department, was an absolute fantastic agent on the phone as he called me 3 times to ensure that I am okay and assisted me in under 10 minutes with my issue.
Nature of Compliment : Pricing / Billing - I called to cancel my claim due to personal reasons and not being from the company upsetting me in anyway.
