Discovery Insure big promisses nothing happened

Discovery insure were promptly with the phone call but a whole week went passed and nothing was done,<br> the policy is not re-instated the debit order was not re-instated, so actually I am driving around without insurance?<br> What else must I do to get the policy going I wanted to do an EFT but even that was not good enough.
