Image waking up Monday morning 15 July 2019, getting ready for work, going to your car to go to work and realize that all four your Tyres & Mags has been ****** and your car has been left on bricks. I suppose I should be thankful that my car was still there. So I notified my broker Jean Viljoen & Von-Marie Kruger his assistant and within minutes Sanelisiwe Khumalo from the claims department phoned me. She was so friendly and helpful. She logged the claim and told me what was needed for the claim to be processed. I send all of the necessary documentation to her at about 11:30 on 16 July 2019, and 16:34 she phoned me confirming that the claim has been authorized and that she has mailed the agreement to me to sign and send back to her, which I did when I got home from work. She rep**** back to me 17:27, stating that she received the agreement and that the payment will reflect in my account within 72 working hours. The service I received from these three people was just unbelievable. Von-Marie went out of her way to calm me down and just took control of the whole situation. Sanelisiwe was just a ray of sunshine in my darkness. I’m so thankful for these three people, and would advise anyone who is looking for new insurance to get in contact with these people, I promise that you will not regret it. Thank you to all three of my angels, I wish we had more people like you in this world.
